Considering the submissions made by Mr Lawande on behalf of the applicant in Misc. Civil Application No.2384/2023 (F), the time limit for compliance is extended by one month from today.

Accordingly, both the civil applications are disposed of. However, if within the extended period there is no interim relief obtained by the legal representatives of the original petitioner, the Panchyat will have to comply with the directions in Judgment and Order dated 09.06.2023 and file compliance report before this Court.
