Ms Mahato, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the GCZMA has now complied with the directions issued by us by citing an order dated 29/9/2023.

Mr Prashil Arolkar, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the GCZMA, states that orders have been passed, but with some delay. He submits that there are genuine reasons due to which the orders could not be complied with within the time prescribed.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this Petition is disposed of.
