2. This is an application to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents nos.1(a, b, c, e and h) seeks time to file reply to the condonation of delay.

4. The application to substitute the legal representatives is filed in a Writ Petition. In such circumstances, the question of seeking any condonation of delay to bring the legal representatives on record would not arise. In fact, this is an application to substitute the deceased respondent with his legal representatives. Apart from that, records reveal that the petition was filed in ignorance of the death of the respondent. Hence, the application is allowed. The legal

MCA/663/2016 representatives mentioned in the application are ordered to be substituted as the legal representatives of the deceased respondent. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
