This Petition is filed based on the recommendation made by the Public Service Commission dated 17 April 2018 in favour of the Petitioner. The Petitioner has sought that the Respondents-State should forthwith issue an order of appointment in favour of the Petitioner. No such direction is warranted, at this stage, as the matter is still under consideration of the State Government to act upon the recommendation. The recommendation of the Public Service Commission has not been rejected as informed to us by the learned Advocate General.
