The applications seek condonation of 380 days delay in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 21/06/20219 in Land Acquisition Case No.9 of 2015 and 10 of 2015 and so also against the judgment in review filed against them. Though the delay has been opposed by respondent Nos.6 and 7 appearing in person however 13th March 2024

6 & 7 MCA 305 & 319 -2023.DOC considering the quantum of the delay and the fact that the learned Counsel for the applicant is willing to suitably compensate the respondent for the inconvenience caused to them by paying a costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in each of the matters, to be paid to the respondent Nos. 6 and 7, the applications are allowed.
