Heard respective counsel appearing for the parties. There is no dual opinion between the parties that facts giving rise to the instant petition are identical in all respect to the facts of the decided matter i.e Writ Petition 668 of 2014 decided by the Division Bench of this Court on 26.4.2017. The view taken by the Division Bench in the aforesaid has been followed while disposing of Writ Petition 982 of 2017 decided on 2.5.2018.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Writ Petition deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The petitioners in the instant petition would be entitled to the same benefits as in the case of petitioners in Writ Petition

WP/719/2017 No.668 of 2014. The respondents/State is thus directed to extend the benefits as per judgment and order passed in Writ Petition No.668 of 2014 to these petitioners in the instant petition as well. Necessary monetary benefits shall be extended within a period of six months from today. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
