Ms Mordekar, learned Additional Government Advocate who holds for Mr Salkar, on instructions from GCZMA and the Deputy Collector of Tiswadi, states that the demolition order which is the subject matter of this petition will be implemented/executed within two months form today.

By an interim order made on 15.09.2016, the premises which are ordered to be demolished had already been sealed by giving 2nd May 2023

Necessary demolition must be completed within maximum of three months from today and the compliance report must be filed in this Court soon thereafter. A copy of the compliance report to be furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 4.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms without any order for costs. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
