2. It is submitted that the surname of deceased respondent no.6 has been spelt as 'Verekar' instead of 'Verenkar'. As per the cause title of the District Court, the surname is 'Verekar'.

3. Necessary permission to amend the cause title is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

4. Application stands disposed of.
