Vide order dated 28.10.2021 this Court, having regard to the affidavit of respondent no.3, had directed respondent no.3 to consider issuing light motor vehicle license to the petitioner.

Mr. Pangam, learned Advocate General states that the petitioner has been issued a learner's license on 05.11.2021 for light motor vehicle and invalid carriage. This statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner does not survive.
