The appellant has filed the present application for substituted service by publication on respondent nos.6 to 11. It is an application of the applicant/appellant that the admission notices issued to the respondents were returned with a bailiff report dated 29.02.2024 stating "house found under construction and upon inquiry it is understood that the said house has been sold to Delhi person and respondent nos.6 to 11 are staying abroad".

2. Since the notices could not be served on their known registered address by ordinary mode, the application is filed seeking permission to serve the respondent nos.6 to 11 through substituted service by publication in the newspaper 'O Hearld'. The permission is granted 25th April, 2025

MCA 386 of 2024 and the application is allowed.
