By the present application, the applicant seeks to delete respondent no.7, as respondent no.7 was dropped from the Criminal Case No.58/S/2013/I vide Roznama order dated 07.01.2019 while the case was pending before the trial Court. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to delete the name of respondent no.7 from the array of respondents.
