This is an application to transpose the petitioner no.4 as respondent no.9. It is pointed out by Mr. Bhobe, learned Advocate for the applicants that petitioner no.4 is not available to sign the necessary authorization to the learned Advocate to appear on his behalf.

Application is accordingly allowed at the risk of the petitioner. The petitioner no.4 is transposed as respondent no.9. Amendment be carried out within one week.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly respondent, returnable on 14/10/2015.
