2. This is an application for impleadment as party Respondent. The learned Counsel for the original Petitioner opposes. However, we find that the applicant was original Petitioner in Writ Petition No.296 of 2013. In these circumstances, application is allowed. The Petitioner will make the applicant as party Respondent. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.
