This is an application for restoration of Stamp No. 1053/2018, which is an application for review of the judgment and order dated 21.02.2018, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 98/2018. The review application was dismissed in default on 18.07.2018, even prior to a notice being issued to the respondent. In that view of the matter, it would not be necessary to issue a notice to the respondent, insofar as the present application for restoration is concerned.

2. On hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Stamp (Application) No. 1053/2018 is restored back to the file.
