2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 51 days in filing the Appeal. The delay is on account of administrative reasons and the lapse on the part of the Advocate.

3. In view of the averments made in the application which are placed on affidavit, I find that there is sufficient cause to condone the delay in the facts and circumstances of the case. Hence, the delay is condoned.
