This is an application to bring the LRs of deceased respondent No.3 on record. It is pointed out that the respondent No.3 had expired during the pendency of the suit before the Trial Court. Hence, the question of filing such an application before this Court in the present appeal would not arise. The effect of not bringing the LRs. of the deceased respondent on record shall be examined at the time of deciding the appeal on merits.
