Noronha, learned advocate for the objector i.e. respondent no.6 who has iled an application under Order 21, Rule 100 of the Civil Procedure Code which is pending trial before the Executing Court, that he would have only one witness to examine, the Executing Court i.e. the Court of the Civil Judge, Senior Division 'B' Court at Panaji dealing with the Special Execution Proceedings No.5/2017 and No.6/2017 is requested to complete the trial and dispose of the third party application of respondent no.6 preferably within a period of six months from the date of this Order.
