Learned Advocate General submits on instructions that there is need to resurvey the entire area and in view thereof the petition would not survive and further that both the notices dated 23/11/2015 would not be given effect to till the said resurvey is done. Besides, a fresh notice will be issued to the petitioner after the resurvey.
