Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner states that the petitioner has already made applications before the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) and the Village Panchayat of Agonda, seeking the very same prayer which is sought 26th October 2021

WP-347-21.DOC in the present petition. He submits that the petitioner would like to pursue the said applications before the said Authorities and, as such, seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that this petition has not been heard on merits and, as such, all contentions of all parties, are kept open. 3.
