After hearing the matter for sometime, the following order is passed by consent:-

ORDER

(i) The impugned order of demolition dated 3.7.2014 passed by the respondent shall be kept in abeyance upto 31.3.2017.

(ii) An undertaking executed by the petitioner which is accepted by the respondent is accepted and marked "X" for identification. The petitioner shall not operate such tower unless the petitioner obtains all the requisite permissions in accordance with law. (iii) Rule is made absolute in the above terms. F.M. REIS, J.
