After this matter was argued for some time, Mr. Desai, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, states that the Petitioners will make a representation listing out all their grievances to the Secretary (Cooperation), and the Petitioners will be satisfied if this representation is disposed of in a time bound manner. In the peculiar facts of the present case, we think that this request made by Mr. Desai is reasonable. 2.

Mr. Desai states that such representation will be made within two weeks from today. Mr. Shirodkar, the learned Additional Government Advocate states that if such representation is made, the same will be 22nd March 2022

11 WP 83 of 2022.doc disposed of on its own merits and in accord with law by the Secretary (Cooperation) within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the same. 3.

By accepting the aforesaid statements, we dispose of this petition. We make it clear that we have not gone into the allegations and counter allegations made in this petition.

Accordingly, all contentions of all parties are expressly left open. 5.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms without any order for costs.
