For the reasons set out in the application, though the same is opposed by the learned AGA, in our opinion a case is made out for extending the time to complete the dismantling process of temporary structures in the property surveyed under No.70/14 at Girkarwado, Arambol, Pernem, Goa by a further period of one month in terms of our earlier order dated 19.06.2024.
