It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the decision of this Court in the case of WEST HILLS REALTY PVT. LTD. VS. NEELKAMAL REALTORS TOWERS PVT. LTD., 2017 (2) BCR 693, the company petition is liable to be transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). In view of the submission so made and the report of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, the office shall transfer the company petition to the NCLT for disposal according to law.
