2. This is an application for impleadment. The learned Counsel for the original Petitioner opposes, however, it is brought to our notice that the Applicant had intervened during the hearing of the Writ Petition No.296 of 2013 and the intervention was allowed. In these circumstances, application is allowed. The Petitioner will make the Applicant as party Respondent. Amendment to be carried out within a period of
