2. This is an application to permit the applicant to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited along with proportionate interest accrued thereon in view of the consent terms signed between the parties.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection provided the remaining 50% of the amount along with interest accrued thereon is allowed to be withdrawn by the respondent. Hence, the application is allowed. The applicant is

MCA/741/2016 permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited along with interest accrued thereon and the remaining 50% of the amount along with interest accrued thereon be disbursed to the respondent herein.
