The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has received instructions that the matter before the learned Trial Judge has already been disposed of and therefore, submits that this petition is rendered infructuous. However, he seeks for some time to ascertain the position as to whether the matter is actually disposed of or not. According to us, the matter is infructuous and we accordingly dispose of the same. In case, the learned counsel find that anything survives in this matter, liberty to apply for restoration.
