Heard learned Amicus Curiae. Respondent no.1 is present in person. An aidavit dated 28.08.2024 is iled by respondent no.1. he same is taken on record. Respondent no.1 is a senior member of the Bar. It is submitted by him that there was no intention on his part to disrespect the learned Judge and that he has highest regards for judiciary. 2.

In view of the aidavit iled by respondent no.1, we do not feel that the contempt proceedings should be taken any further. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.
