REGISTRAR'S ORDER Perused the application and heard the Advocate for the Applicants. The application is seeking for fresh service on respondent nos. 1(a) to 1(d) and 1(g) to 1(j) at the address where the respondent no. 2 Mrs. Leocadia Fernandes Pereira is residing as per the cause title. The Ld. Advocate submitted that the notices sent to respondent nos. 1(a) to 1(d) at the address mentioned in cause title are returned unserved for the reason "address incomplete". He stated that the notices sent to respondent nos. 1(g) to 1(j) are not returned back. The Ld. Advocate submitted that the aforesaid respondents were permitted to be served at the address where the respondent no. 2 is residing vide Order dated 20/6/2013 in MCA No. 426/2013.

In view of the above, I am inclined to allow the application. Hence order.

ORDER
