2. Through this petition, the petitioner is seeking quashment of the FIR No.15/2013 dated 12.08.2013 registered at CID, Crime Branch, North Goa.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has referred to the reply paragraphs 48, 49, 50 and 51 filed by the State through Police Inspector of Special Investigation Team.

4. He has also stated that presently the petitioner's name is not there in the said FIR. He submits that in view of the stand

CRMAM/199/2017 taken in the reply, the petition is wholly misconceived. He submits that in future on any fresh material, if required appropriate legal action will be taken against the petitioner.

5. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the petition. All contentions of the parties are kept open.

6. Liberty to the police to proceed in accordance with law in future if any occasion so arises.
