he learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 fairly conceded that three orders dated 20.12.2024, rejecting applications for impleadment in the partition proceedings, partake of the inal order and cannot be termed as an interim or interlocutory order. Orders being the inal orders, the appeal did lie under Clause (f) of Sub-Section 1 of Section 188 of the Land Revenue Code, 1968 to the Superintendent of Survey and Land Records, Margao. Consequently, the impugned orders dated 09.05.2025 bearing reference No.10/SSLR/MAR/MISC/01/2025/1052,10/SSLR/MAR/MISC/01/2025/ 1053 and 10/SSLR/MAR/MISC/01/2025/1054 stand quashed and set aside. he Applications/Appeals iled by Petitioners forwarded vide letter

906 WP-332-2025 dated 11.04.2025 stand restored to the ile of the Superintendent of Survey and Land Records, Margao, who shall deal with the appeals in accordance with law and after issuing notice to the Respondents and hearing the parties. he Superintendent of Survey and Land Records, Margao shall, as far as possible, dispose of these appeals within a period of four months from the date of this order. 3.
