1. Registry to waive objections and register CRIR No.582/2022 (F).

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Applicant submits that the Sessions Case No.12/2019 in which an order was passed, which is subject matter of challenge in the present Revision Application, was disposed of with the Accused being acquitted in that matter. The State is in process of filing an appeal against the Judgment of the Sessions Court. It is submitted that in view of the disposal of the trial itself, the present petition may be disposed of reserving the liberty to the State to raise, as a ground of challenge to the order dated 21.03.2022 challenged in this petition.

2. The present petition is dismissed reserving the right in granting leave to the Applicant to raise, as a ground of challenge the correctness of decision dated 21.03.2022 passed by the Sessions Court, if it is so permissible at law. The Criminal Revision Application is dismissed on that ground reserving the liberty as aforesaid.

3. All pending applications including CRMA No.89/2022 stands disposed of.
