We had requested Ms Maria Correia to obtain instructions about the pendency of the Matrimonial Petition pending before the trial Court, Panaji, and on obtaining necessary instructions she states that the proceedings are at the stage of hearing certain applications and could not be disposed of since the Court was not occupied. In any case, considering the petition seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings which are pending since 2015, we deem it appropriate to direct the Civil Judge Senior Division, 'B' Court, Merces, Panaji Goa, to dispose of the Matrimonial Petition No.26/2015/B along with all pending applications within six months from today.
