3. This is an application for condonation of delay of 94 days in filing cross-objection. The Cross-objector is the State. The appeal is by the original plaintiff. The appeal is already registered. According to the Cross-objector, a copy of the appeal memo was served on 28/02/2014 and the time to file cross-objections expired on 28/03/2014. The cross-objection is filed on 08/10/2014, as a result of which, there is delay of 94 days.

4. For the reasons stated in the application and inasmuch as the First Appeal is already registered, the delay in filing the cross-objection is condoned. Cross-objection be registered.
