Mr. Timble learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the impugned judgment and award. 2.

Accordingly, leave is granted with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of all parties including the contention of maintainability of the proceedings that will be initiated by the appellant are kept open.

Mr. Timble however requests that since the records have been called before this Court, the Registry may be directed to issue certified copy of the impugned judgment and award dated 16.03.2016 in Claim Petition No.33/2013 at the earliest. 4.

Having regard to the request made, the Registry to issue certificate copy within one week from the date an application is made for such certified copy. Along with the application, the appellant to annex an authenticated copy by this order. 5.

The appeal is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. 6.

Records indicate that the appellants have deposited the awarded amount in this Court. The respondents no.1, 2 and 3 (claimants) can withdraw these amounts with the interest that may have accrued thereon after five weeks from today if in the meanwhile, the appellant does not obtain an interim relief.
