By the impugned order dated 9.7.2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, "D" Court Mapusa, an application filed by the respondent no.1 under Exh. 51, praying that certain documents in relation to the movable assets (vehicles) which formed part of the Will in question, be brought on record of the proceedings before the trial Court, is allowed.

Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and having perused the impugned order, I find no infirmity in the impugned order. In my opinion, such documents forming part of the proceedings would not cause any prejudice to the petitioners.

All contentions of the petitioners on merits of the proceedings are expressly kept open.
