By this application, the Applicant is seeking extension of time for depositing the entire awarded amount as per the Land Acquisition reference order. By Order dated 19.08.2021, the Applicant was granted time of six weeks to make the aforesaid deposit, while the Appeal stood admitted.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the Applicant is granted further time of three weeks from today for depositing the amount as directed in the order dated 19.08.2021.
