Heard learned counsel for both the sides.

2. Mr. Mulgaonkar, learned counsel for the applicants states that there is only delay of 12 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 16.4.2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mapusa.

3. It is well settled principle that while considering the application for condonation of the delay no hyper technical view should be adopted by the Court.

4. Considering the nature of the claim of the original claimant, I am of the opinion that delay caused in filing the appeal can be condoned. Thus delay of 12 days caused for filing the appeal is condoned.
