2. This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition no. 310 of 2014, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by Order dated 23.07.2015. There is no appearance on behalf of the Respondent though served.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Writ Petition be listed for admission on 30.03.2016.
