This is an application for stay of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned MACT. The applicants have expressed their readiness and willingness to deposit the amount awarded under the award to the extent of 50% as the liability was to be shared equally by both the companies.

2. Stay granted of the impugned award subject however to the applicants depositing the amount to the extent of 80% on that awarded by the learned MACT being the share to which they have been held liable, alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date within 4 weeks from today.
