Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Sessions Case No.NDPS/64/2023 has been listed on 22.08.2025 for recording further evidence of PW2. He further submits that based on instructions received from the Investigating Oicer, about six more witnesses would be examined within a period of three months. Trial programme would be iled by the Public Prosecutor before the Sessions Court on 22.08.2025. Considering that the main witnesses in the case are yet to be examined, and on the basis of the statement made by the learned Public Prosecutor that all endeavour would be made to complete the examination of 19th August 2025

Leave granted to the applicant to ile a fresh bail application after three months, in the event the examination of the six witnesses due to be examined is not completed by then.

he Sessions Court is requested to endeavour at ensuring the timelines of the trial programme which shall be iled on 22.08.2025.
