This is an application for modification or order dated 20.07.2021. 2.

Mr. Mulgaonkar points out that by order dated 14.10.2019, the matter was, by consent of parties, stood over for final disposal at the stage of admission. He, therefore, submits that the order of admission as recorded in the order dated 20.07.2021 may be recalled and instead, it may be clarified that the first appeal is posted for final disposal at the stage of admission.

Accordingly, paragraph 2 of the order dated 20.07.2021 is deleted and substituted with the following paragraph:- "2. Having regard to the order dated 14.10.2019, this appeal is now posted for final disposal at the stage of admission. The matter to now come up for admission/final disposal on 16.12.2021.
