The petitioner complains that respondent no. 2 is not taking action on the complaints made by the petitioner concerning some construction put up by respondent no. 4. 3.

Mr. Coutinho states that the complaints of the petitioner will be looked into and action as permissible under the law will be initiated within a period of four weeks from today. 22nd July 2021

The statement is accepted. Respondent no. 2, Chief Officer, Margao Municipal Council, will have to comply with principles of natural justice, in case, any adverse action is proposed.
