Heard Mr. Ryan Menezes, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, Mr. Manish Salkar, learned Government Advocate for Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5 and Mr. Deepak Gaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2 and 6.

The main Writ Petition No.318 of 2021 is yet to be admitted. Therefore, we grant leave to amend the said petition. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks and copies of the amended petition to be served upon the respondents.

We, however, clarify that merely because we have allowed this amendment, it does not mean that any objections on the part of the respondents have been shut out. The respondents will be at liberty to raise all permissible objections including the objection that the petitioner has already taken out proceedings before some other authorities and on that ground the petition should not be entertained. 4.

Leave is also granted to place on record corrigendum dated 05/10/2021 while amending the petition.

The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
