This is an application filed on 8 August 2018 seeking stay of operation, implementation and execution of the order passed on 13 July 2018 in Writ Petition No.645 of 2017.

2. Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and having regard to the fact that this application has been filed after about 25 days of passing of the judgment, we are not inclined to stay the operation of the order.
