CRIA-36-2014 the appellant submits that respondent No.1 has deposited the cheque amount with the appellant and as such the appellant does not want to pursue the appeal arising out of the acquital given by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class at Ponda in a case arising under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The respondent No.1 who is present in person has no objection. 2.

Accordingly, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and accordingly stands disposed off.
