Heard Mr. Sardessai, learned Senior Advocate who appears along with Mr. Shivam Fadte for the Petitioner and Mr. Hanumant Naik for the Respondent.

By this petition, the Petitioner complains that his application for issue of completion certificate made on 08.06.2021 was not being disposed of. However, Mr. Sardessai fairly points out that after this petition was filed, the Respondent has fixed a date for site inspection. 3.

Mr. Hanumant Naik, the learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the Petitioner'
