After this petition was heard for sometime, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to pursue the application filed by the petitioner before the arbitral tribunal under Section 16(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. The petition is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn with liberty. It is always open to the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate proceedings after an order is passed by the arbitral tribunal on such proceedings.
