This is an application for stay.

2. The applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.1,69,40,316/- on 29/8/2018 in accordance with the order dated 19/10/2018 passed by this Court. In such circumstances the ad interim stay granted on 23/8/2018 is hereby made absolute.

3. There shall be interim stay of the impugned judgment and award during the pendency of the appeal.

4. The civil application is disposed off.
