1. Mr Bhobe appears for the Petitioner. The learned Advocate General appears along with Mr G. Shetye, Addl. Govt. Advocate for Respondents No.1,2,3 and 5.

2. The Petitioner complains about inaction and failure, inter alia, on the part of the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) to dispose of the Petitioner's complaints dated 14/9/2022, and 22/11/2022 concerning certain constructions put up by the 6th Respondent.

3. Mr Bhobe now places on record a show cause notice dated 31st January, 2024

WP 15 of 2024 30/8/2023 issued by the GCZMA to the 6th Respondent. He points out that the proceedings before the GCZMA have commenced.

4. The above development establishes that the reliefs sought for in this Petitions have been substantially worked out. Accordingly, we dispose of this Petition by directing the GCZMA to dispose of this show cause notice expeditiously and in accordance with law. VALMIKI SA MENEZES, J.
