On 30.08.2019, this Court made the following Order:- "Heard Mr. Rao, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. S. Samant, learned counsel for the Respondent. 2.
The learned counsel for the parties state that Advocate Mr. R. G. Ramani may be appointed as third Arbitrator.

Accordingly, this matter is posted on 6th September, 2019 in order to enable Advocate Mr. R. G. Ramani to file a statement of disclosure in terms of Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The learned counsel for the parties state that they will inform Advocate Mr. R. G. Ramani of the present order. 5.
Stand over to 6th September, 2019."

Today, Advocate Mr. R. G. Ramani is present in the Court and states that there will be no difficulty for him to take up this arbitration. He states that formal terms of disclosure will be filed in the course of the week.

Accordingly, Shri R. G. Ramai, Advocate of this Court is appointed as the third/presiding arbitrator in terms of clause 20 of the Agreement dated 11.10.2018 entered into between the parties. 5.
The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this Order.

The learned Counsel for the parties state that they will furnish a authenticated copy of this Order to Shri R. G. Ramani as also the two Arbitrators appointed in the matter.
